Refund policy
We will only accept returns on unopened games that were purchased from us within 14 days of the date listed on the customer’s receipt or tracking number. If you have an unopened game that you wish to return, please reply to your shipping or confirmation email and we will assist.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. We do not accept or issue refunds for opened games. We will not issue a refund on returned games that have been altered, taped, resealed, etc. If approved, you will receive a credit refunded to your original payment used during purchase minus the shipping costs and a $2 restocking fee. The shipping costs for your return will not be reimbursed.
To properly return your game(s), please use the original packaging and include a copy of the confirmation email with your order number and full name. Unfortunately, we cannot honor returns without proper documentation. You are responsible for the cost associated with your return. We recommend getting insurance/tracking on your package since we are not responsible for lost items. We will not issue a refund on packages that do not arrive at our facility.
If your package has been returned by the USPS due to delivery issues, the package must return fully to our inventory before we will authorize a refund for the amount paid minus the cost of shipping and a $2 restocking fee. Please send all return inquiries to Questions@HMDYRKcardgame.com
