I need to have my package rerouted to another address, can you help?

All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) on Monday through Thursday. We are closed on all national holidays. Orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days to allow for processing and verification.

Delivery times vary depending on which shipping option you selected.

Depending on where you live in the United States, it could take

3 - 5 business days plus added time for the USPS to transport the package.

Once the USPS picks up your package, you will receive an automated email with an estimated delivery date and tracking information.  It could take up to 48 hours before you see your tracking information in the USPS Tracking System.

After your package has left our facility, we cannot change or intercept it to alter the delivery destination.

Can you combine the shipping costs to accommodate multiple addresses?

We are unable to combine the shipping costs on multiple orders.

What if my order was returned to sender?

If your package was returned to us for any reason, you must pay the shipping costs for your game(s) to be resent.

Help, my game arrived damaged.  What should I do? 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if your game box arrives damaged.  Please send photos of the damages to orders@HMDYRKcardgame.com and we will send you a new game ASAP.

Mail thieves may have stolen my package, now what? 

When will my pre-order game arrive?

It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure that their packages are sent to a safe and secure location.  We are not responsible for items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by your USPS mail carrier.

Pre-order games will ship once the games have arrived to our facility in Florida (plus the 1 - 3 business days for order processing and verification).  We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by our supplier, international/domestic carrier, or acts of God.  We will do our best to keep you updated on all pre-orders.  All pre-order sales cannot be modified or cancelled.

Return Policy

We will only accept returns on unopened games that were purchased from us within 14 days of the date listed on the customer’s receipt or tracking number. If you have an unopened game that you wish to return, please reply to your shipping or confirmation email and we will assist.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. We do not accept or issue refunds for opened games. We will not issue a refund on returned games that have been altered, taped, resealed, etc. If approved, you will receive a credit refunded to your original payment used during purchase minus the shipping costs and a $2 restocking fee. The
shipping costs for your return will not be reimbursed.


To properly return your game(s), please use the original packaging and include a copy of the confirmation email with your order number and full name. Unfortunately, we cannot honor returns without proper documentation. You are responsible for the cost associated with your return. We recommend getting insurance/tracking on your package since we are not responsible for lost items. We will not issue a refund
on packages that do not arrive at our facility. 


If your package has been returned by the USPS due to delivery issues, the package must return fully to our inventory before we will authorize a refund for the amount paid minus the cost of shipping and a $2 restocking fee. Please send all return inquiries to Questions@HMDYRKcardgame.com
